NJF was tapped by Essential Costa Rica to curate a “Pura Vida” experience at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. NJF partnered with WanderLuxxe, a premier luxury film festival concierge service, to bring a Costa Rica experience to Park City, Utah.
Festival goers experienced a taste of Costa Rica’s “Pura Vida” lifestyle, meaning full of life, at the WanderLuxxe festival hub on Main Street through a series of exclusive daytime wellness activities, filmmaker panels, events, parties and more.
Festivalgoers enjoyed a respite from their festival schedules with wellness offerings throughout the weekend, including daily yoga led by Lululemon, a sauna, facials and massages. There was also a custom coffee bar included, serving authentic Costa Rican coffee which reflects the destination’s long democratic history of traditional and environmentally friendly coffee production. A private VIP event was curated with authentic Costa Rican cuisine served by chef Santiago Fernandez Benedetto.
